We are currently only shipping to the UK 

We will process your order within 48 hours Monday - Friday and then pass on to a courier for delivery. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

During busy periods & due to volume of orders this may take longer, we appreciate you patience.

We accept all major credit/debit cards  - with the exception of American Express. We also take payment via Paypal.

If an item is not sutibale, has not been worn and with all labels intact, a full refund is available. All return must be posted back within 14 days of receipt - return postage is at customer's own expense.

We have two changing room facilities and a customer toilet.

At The White Loft we have our own pirvate car park with up to 6 spaces. You enter the car park on your left,  just before The White Loft building. This is sign posted during opening hours.
