Payment Method – We process all payments via PayPal, Sage & Worldpay. Please note that it is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make payment using this service, just select the credit/debit card option to continue with your order.

Delivery – Delivery of your White Loft order will be made by Royal Mail or courier to the delivery address given at checkout. It is important that this address is correct. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in the UK, (international deliveries will take longer). If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are liable to refund the price of the goods.

Returns – Here at The White Loft we hope that you will love the items that you have ordered from us, we do accept that there are occasions when you may need to arrange a return.

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with or change your mind about as long as goods are returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Unless the goods are deemed defective, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to The White Loft (the goods must be in the original packaging in perfect condition with no damage). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Please inspect your goods on arrival. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please inform The White Loft immediately or as soon as possible and certainly no later than within 7 days of delivery. Any damaged goods reported later than this timeframe will not be accepted. Once we have confirmed receipt of faulty or damaged goods a replacement or refund will be arranged for you.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Faulty Items – Please notify us of any fault within 7 days of receipt. Items can then be returned to us for inspection and where relevant a refund or replacement. Outside of that time we cannot accept a return.

Accuracy of Content – The White Loft makes every effort to give a fair representation of the products that we sell, however, slight variations may sometimes occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as digital media, photographic and publishing processes allow. Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). 

Safety Regulations – Our products all comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations. We will contact you immediately if a product is recalled by the manufacturer for any reason.

Cancellations – If you wish to cancel an order please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for orders that have already been dispatched. We will confirm by email if cancellation has been accepted prior to dispatch and arrange a refund within 7 working days.

We reserve the right to cancel any order within 7 days of the order being made and will, in such cases, offer a full refund where appropriate.
