Returns
For online orders we accept returns, on any unworn items with original labels intact, within 14 days.
You will be given a refund for the garment via the original payment method and this will be processed within 7 days.
Please note this will not include the cost of the original postage & at this time it is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning your items.
Please include your packing slip, with a brief reason for the the return. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping, this is not proof of receipt. This form of shipment is not a requirement, other shipment choices are also acceptable.
Faulty Items
– Please notify us of any fault within 7 days
of receipt. Items can then be returned to us for inspection and where relevant a refund or replacement.
Outside of that time we cannot accept a return.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
