How much is delivery?

Royal Mail Standard 48 Hours - Est Delivery within 3-5 days £3.99 ( UK, N. Ireland & Channel Islands).

Free Delivery on UK orders only over £75 - standard delivery
Can I collect my order from your shop?

Yes we offer a free 'Click & Collect' service that allows you to place your order online and collect from our shop. Please await confirmation email that your order is ready to collect. Please check Google or facebook for opening times before setting off.

How long will it take to get my order?

We will process your order within 48 hours Monday - Friday and then pass on to a courier for delivery. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.

During busy periods & due to volume of orders this may take longer, we appreciate you patience.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards - with the exception of American Express. We also take payment via Paypal.
Can I get a full refund?

If an item is not sutibale, has not been worn and with all labels intact, a full refund is available. All return must be posted back within 14 days of receipt - return postage is at customer's own expense.

Orders placed online will be refunded back via this banking arm and not in the shop.

Purchases via shop floor will be refunded back via original payment method.

Please allow 5-7 working days for the transaction to appear in your bank.
What is your return policy?

If an item is not suitable, has not been worn and all labels are intact and still atched to the garment. A refund is available if returned within 14 days. Return postage will be at customer's own expense.

What sizes do you do?

We have a varied product range and offer different styles fitting sizes 8-26. Please visit our Size Guide for more information.
Do you have changing rooms?

We have two changing room facilities and a customer toilet.
Can I park near by?

At The White Loft we have our own pirvate car park with up to 6 spaces. You enter the car park on your left, just before The White Loft building. This is sign posted during opening hours.
